Yuketen Vettore Boots Tosca Snuff

In 2024, Yuketen designer Yuki Matsuda worked with a shoemaker in Mount Sibillini, Italy, to design and produce a classic Alpine hiking boot. The Vettore Boots exhibit Yuki’s love for functional detailing with features like a scalloped leather storm welt, a stacked midsole with layers of leather and composite rubber, a padded and gusseted tongue and a speckled rubber-cork compound lug outsole. The Vettore Boots are back for Fall/Winter ’25 with a full-grain roughout Tosca leather in snuff brown, produced by Opera Tannery in Tuscany, especially for Yuketen.

Rhodes Footwear 430 Mini-Lug

As the name suggests, the 430 Mini-Lug is equipped with a Vibram inset lug outsole. It sits at the bottom of a stacked leather heel and midsole, secured to a leather upper with a Goodyear welt. These boots are handmade in Leon, Mexico, a city with as rich a leather-working and shoemaking tradition as anywhere in the world.

With the Dean, Tecovas gave the classic cowboy boot an urban — or suburban — edge, and made it easier to wear. The side zip allows for a slimmer shaft that fits easily under jeans and chinos, and makes the boot significantly easier to get on and off than a standard cowboy boot. This version is crafted from supple goat leather that requires minimal breaking in, yet holds up well over time.

Huckberry x Xtratuf Legacy Elevate Deck Boot

Xtratuf created a retro Deck Boot exclusively for Huckberry inspired by the original Legacy Boot from the 1950s. It has a 15-inch ankle, a cushioned insole with arch support and a chevron-shaped non-slip outsole. The reinforced neoprene midsole resembles the foxing and toe cap on classic sneakers like Converse Chucks. Ankle gussets make them easy to slip on and off, and the boot is 100 percent waterproof up to the mid-ankle.
