Did Google Finally Make a Worthy Rival to Apple’s AirTag?

The Pixel Tag is Google’s answer to Apple’s AirTag. It’s a small Bluetooth tracker that works with Android’s Find Hub network and allows users to keep tabs on its location via the Find Hub app. At $29, or $99 for a 4-pack, it costs exactly as much as an AirTag. It also lacks an integrated keyhole, so Google is releasing a wide range of compatible accessories (at an extra cost, of course) that you’ll likely need to attach to your gear. It will be available starting November 11th.

Google’s Pixel 11 series consists of four new smartphones: the Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, the Pixel 11 Pro XL and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Each of these next-generation smartphones has slimmer and more powerful cameras, significantly more advanced AI capabilities (as has become expected), and double the storage of their predecessors. The catch? Each model also costs $100 extra. They’re available for preorder now and will start shipping next week (on August 20th).

Google didn’t rewrite the script with the latest smartwatch, as the Pixel Watch 5 is basically identical to last year’s Pixel Watch 4. It has the same rounded glass screen. Its display has the same 3,000-nit brightness. It’s available in the same 41mm and 45mm sizes. However, Google bumped up the RAM and internal storage. And, most importantly, gave it a more accurate GPS and more health-related features. It also comes in some new colors, including Pyrite and Dark Anthracite.

The Insta360 X6 is the company’s newest flagship 360-degree action camera and the next evolution of the X5, which was released in April 2025. Compared to the X5, the X6 has a significantly smaller body and longer battery life. And it promises drastically improved image quality, up to 8K at 50fps, thanks to bigger sensors and new processing chips. Also, it’s the first 360 camera to natively support Dolby Vision HDR. These improvements come at a cost; the X6’s $700 starting price is $150 more than its predecessor. The pocketable camera comes in two finishes: Midnight Black or Arctic White.

Originally launched in the 1980s and revived for 2026, Huffy’s Pro Lightning Series brings serious precision racing BMX bikes to a far more affordable price point. Available in Junior, Expert and Pro sizing, all three bikes cost just $400 — a practical bargain. Yet, they all also boast a lightweight 6061 aluminum frame, mechanical disc brakes with 140mm rotors, a Euro bottom bracket, 3-piece cranks, and high-tensile steel handlebars. For entry-level BMX racing bikes, these are tough to beat, and they look great, too.

Attractions and Wearmasters teamed up to replicate a 1950s Japanese souvenir jacket. Constructed for black rayon satin, it is decorated with hand-guided embroidery of a dragon and tiger motif on the back, sleeves and cuffs. It features a spread camp collar, waist tab and dual bellows chest pockets.

Satechi’s ChargeView 240W is a six-port GaN desktop charger built for multi-device workstations that demand real power and real transparency. Its color LCD shows live per-port wattage across all six USB-C ports: dual 140W ports up front for laptops, two 100W ports for tablets and secondary machines and two 30W ports for accessories. A fanless design keeps the desk quiet, and a precision stand supports both vertical and horizontal placement to suit any setup.

Marc Philipp Gemballa’s Marsien GT is the road-focused follow-up to its dirt-shredding Marsien. Accordingly, along with a lower ride height and some striking 959-inspired looks, it also touts a RUF-tuned twin-turbocharged flat-six that’s rated for some 830 horsepower, and an optional second-stage package can take that total even higher. On the road, Marc Philipp Gemballa says this makes the Marsien GT capable of a 2.4-second 0-60 mph time and a 205-mph top speed. Just 30 examples will be built in total, and each will be cloaked in carbon fiber and fitted with choice details like a quad Akrapovič titanium exhaust.
