Although often overlooked, an EDC pen is one of the most valuable tools one can carry with them. Not only do they allow you to jot down important information on-the-fly, but they don’t rely on short-lived batteries like your precious tech — meaning they’re more reliable in the long run.

This collaboration actually combines the two most popular products made by the brands behind it. For Big Idea Design, that’s the Pocket Pro pen.

As such, this pen has a full-titanium body, making it both incredibly lightweight and sturdy. In fact, it’s sturdy enough to be used as a glass-breaker when the ink cartridge isn’t deployed.

Speaking of its cartridge, this pen is compatible with Parker-style refills (and comes with a Schmidt P900 refill), which is among the most popular, widely available options on the market.
