Klipsch introduced its original ProMedia desktop speaker system back in 1999. And it was notable for bringing the American manufacturer’s signature horn-loaded speaker design into a compact form factor well-suited for home office use.
Fast forward 26 years, and Klipsch has introduced the next evolution of that desktop speaker system: the ProMedia Lumina. According to the brand, it has been “reimagined to meet the demands of gamers, content creators, remote workers and casual listeners.”

Like the original, Klipsch’s all-new ProMedia Lumina is 2.1-channel system comprised of two compact powered speakers and a wired subwoofer.
But naturally, given that technology has changed a heck of a lot in the past two-and-a-half decades, Klipsch has packed the ProMedia Lumina with upgraded features … starting with the acoustics.
