Ever since the first The Fast and the Furious movie featured a Mark IV Toyota Supra Turbo as one of the star cars, it’s sat on a pedestal as one of the holy grails of Japanese sports cars.
Following its big screen debut, the Japanese tuner world further dissected the Supra, which further proliferated its popularity.
But once the modding crowd revealed how easily capable its legendary “2JZ” inline-six is at achieving eye-watering outputs with simple bolt-on modifications, everyone and their mother went out to source a MKIV (“mark four”) Supra to compete for pink slips.

That said, a completely original and unmolested fourth-gen Supra has become rarer than hen’s teeth. Which is why today’s BringATrailer find of a bone-stock A80 Supra Turbo has us doing a double-take.
