Cambridge Audio has been one of the biggest names in high-end streaming integrated amplifiers — or “just add speakers” hi-fi components — for the last several years.
Particularly, its Evo series — which has consisted of the Evo 150 and Evo 75 streaming amplifiers — has been highly regarded for its stunning design, versatility and support for high-resolution streaming.

Just add speakers
The Evo 150 has been the flagship model in the series for the last several years. Released in 2021, it’s a high-end streaming amplifier capable of delivering 150 watts per channel (hence the name) into 8 ohms and driving some serious passive loudspeakers.
It also supports streaming high-resolution audio over Wi-Fi, with support for AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect and Chromecast.
Additionally, it has numerous wired inputs for connecting various playback sources, including HDMI ARC, so you can make it the hub of your home theater. It even has a built-in moving-magnet phono stage for easy turntable connectivity.
