To celebrate Campfire Audio’s 10th anniversary, the Portland-based hi-fi manufacturer is releasing a new pair of flagship in-ear monitors (IEMs). Or, specifically, it’s dramatically improving its flagship pair.

The Andromeda 10 are new-age versions of the company’s original Andromeda IEMs, which were released in 2026. They feature updated sound, a refined design … and come in some cool new colors.

Iconic design

Since their release a decade ago, Campfire Audio’s Andromeda have become pretty iconic amongst audiophiles thanks to their signature green finish, conspicuous housing and elite tuning and sound.

And while the Andromeda 10 have a pretty similar design language as the originals, Campfire Audio has given them a significant upgrade.

The earbuds have a sleek, modern look with a combination of matte black and metallic gold finishes, and a small logo is visible on each earbud. The background is solid black, highlighting the earbuds.
Additionally, Campfire Audio is releasing high-end, special-edition models in gold or black.

Double the drivers

Specifically, the Andromeda 10 have been upgraded with a new 10-driver configuration — up from the original’s five drivers — that includes four custom balanced armatures for the lows, four for the midrange and two for the highs.

Compared to the originals, Campfire Audio claims that the Andromeda 10 delivers a sound with “greater clarity, dynamic range, and extension across the frequency spectrum.”

A 2-pin connection

Other than improved drivers, the Andromeda 10 has been upgraded with 2-pin connectors thanks to popular demand. This promises to be a more secure connection than the original’s MMCX connectors.

This is also notable because the Andromeda 10 are Campfire Audio’s first IEMs to have 2-pin connectors.

The special-edition models

The Andromeda 10 will come in the same signature green finish as the originals, but Campfire Audio will be releasing two limited-edition finishes in black or gold.

These black and gold models feature polished PVD stainless steel housings paired with Damascus steel lids. They also ship with a more premium cable crafted from 7N OCC gold-plated copper.

Only 500 units — 250 in back, 250 in gold — of the special-edition Andromeda 10 will be sold.
