Four beer-infused types of natural, organic brats (Spicy Espresso, Greek Feta, Heirloom Italian and Classic) are juiced with a few of the Delaware brewery’s signature swills (Midas Touch, Chicory Stout, Raison D’Etre) for your noshing pleasure. dogfish.com

The Orange Chef Countertop App + Prep Pad
Monitoring the nutritional information of food doesn’t get much more real-time than while you’re literally doling out parts of a recipe. Manually enter ingredients as you use them or scan packaging barcodes and the prep pad communicates wirelessly with your mobile device, pairing with the Countertop app to display rich pie chart graphics for breaking down your meal based on the weight of each part (the prep pad is also a scale). The surface is made of a paper composite, the base of professional-looking aluminum. $150

Bowers & Wilkins P7 Headphones
B&W’s new top headphone model looks like a million bucks and is designed to feel that way, too. Their biggest earcups yet seal around the ear more completely and create consistent air volume between head and ‘phone. Drive units use a perforated film to maintain airflow, and the lighter voice coils make for better high-frequency sounds. They fold up into a case and come with a second phone-compatible cable. $400 ()

Blackberry Z30
The 5-inch super AMOLED touchscreen on BB’s new smartphone is the largest in company history. Featuring Blackberry 10 OS v 10.2, the slim device is packed with tech features, functionality and a high-capacity battery. It’s a far cry from the clickity-clack Crackberry phones of yore, but time will tell if it’s enough to revive the company after its recent quarterly loss. blackberry.com

Rapha x Cinelli Bar Tape
In conjunction with the opening of their New York outpost, the perennially cool dudes at Rapha teamed with Italian bike-maker Cinelli to re-create their classic Caleido handlebar tape. The new tape is available in grey or black with a pink backing that just peeks through the tape, the same subtle hit of color you were hoping for when you bought that pocket square. As of right now it’s only available at the aforementioned New York City shop. rapha.com

Caterham Aeroseven Concept
For fans of traditional balls-out driving experiences there isn’t a much better outlet than Caterham cars. While Caterham’s styling and principles haven’t changed much over the decades, this concept is a sign of things to come. Developed in tandem with the Caterham F1 team, the swoopy carbon fiber sprite will feature a 237-horsepower engine and a six-speed stick driving the rear wheels. It’s also the first vehicle in Caterham’s history to feature traction and launch control, which should translate to less frisky behavior and faster drag races. It’s due out in the UK next autumn. uk.caterhamcars.com
