After selling thousands of F77 watches across dozens of versions, Nivada Grenchen has refined its bestselling vintage F77 into the F77 MK2 collection. Every detail of the update has intention behind it — slightly more curved lugs for better wrist fit, drilled attachment points for easy strap swaps, and a marginal increase to 38mm that maintains the original proportions.
The MK2 lineup includes classic braided dials in four colors — black, grey, blue, and white, with or without a date — as well as strikingly colorful stone dials in lapis lazuli, meteorite, and aventurine. Behind each dial in the collection is a SOPROD P024 automatic movement — a Swiss caliber beating at 28,800vph with 38 hours of power reserve. For the mechanical enthusiasts among us, Nivada has plans to release an open-heart model at a later date.
This new collection, with bold and beautiful designs that pay homage to a vintage classic, is a fitting way to commemorate the brand’s centennial.
