Singer Looks to High Fashion for a Pair of Elevated 911 Reimaginations

Singer Vehicle Design and Louis Vuitton’s pair of Porsche builds represent the first co-branded collaborations in The House’s history. Accordingly, they don’t disappoint. The partnership results in two one-off builds: a Classic coupe finished in saffron, cobalt blue and yellow, and a Classic Turbo cabriolet, conceived by Nicolas Ghesquière, in Calcaire Lutétien white with precious-wood trim nodding to classic motorboats. Fittingly, the endeavor started as a commission for a removable Tambour-inspired mechanical dashboard clock, growing into full-on vehicle personalizations.

The 12th annual edition of Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon arrives bottled at a hazmat-level 141 proof from a wheated mashbill. Aged a minimum of eight years under the punishing Texas Hill Country sun, the expression comes from Master Distiller Donnis Todd who hand-selected each barrel for this 16,000-bottle run. It opens with burnt wood, gun smoke and toasted marshmallow before giving way to dried stone fruit, caramelized sugar and more.

CFMoto’s top-of-the-line adventure rig packs military-inspired flair and a 946cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine (derived from the KTM LC8c platform) into an off-road-focused chassis that weighs in at 489 pounds wet. Producing 112 horsepower and 77.5 lb-ft of torque, the newest and biggest Ibex pairs fully adjustable KYB suspension with 9.1 inches of travel front and rear, Brembo brakes and Bosch cornering ABS. Standard features include an 8-inch TFT touchscreen, heated grips, heated seat, cruise control, a bi-directional quickshifter and Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires, all at a price that undercuts most liter bike rivals.

LG’s Xboom Blast is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed for outdoor parties. It features four drivers: two 5.25-inch neodymium woofers and a pair of 20mm tweeters. It’s capable of delivering up to 220 watts of power, which is beefy. At just over 14 pounds, it’s also on the larger end (this is not an ultra-portable speaker). Other features include a 36-hour battery life and an IP68 water-resistance rating. And, like the rest of the Xboom series, its sound profile was tuned in collaboration with will.i.am. At the time of writing, price and availability info have not been announced.
