Adore the Fine Art That Is the Pagani Huayra Roadster

Yet another masterpiece of craftsmanship from young supercar maker Pagani.

It takes a lot for a young supercar company to stand out among the titans of the segment, but one look at the Pagani Huayra Roadster, and you’d be forgiven for forgetting who those other guys are in Marinello and Sant’Agata.

This 754 horsepower, 6.0-liter, V12-powered supercar, with a targa top, is a wonderfully complex sculpture of indigo-tinted carbon fiber and metal, but what makes it so jaw-dropping is the incredibly refined interior. Inside, you won’t find a bare-bones dashboard, unsightly exposed welds or lightweight bucket seats. No: here, quilted leather thrones and a beautifully crafted brushed-aluminum dial cluster, center console and exposed shifter linkage come together to create a cockpit fit for Captain Nemo.

For now, all we have are these gorgeous high-res images. But rest assured rest assured, when this work of art goes on display at the Geneva Auto Show next month, we’ll have wallpapers ready for you.
