In 2013 New Balance announced Fresh Foam, an innovative EVA foam designed to give runners an even smoother and more comfortable sneaker with loads of energy return. Since then, they’ve continued to expand that foam line with each sneaker launch, including the Fresh Foam Lazr Sport, one of the most recent sneakers to hit the market. We tested it for our Best Gym Sneakers for every workout, and it performs incredibly well in the gym. Hop on the treadmill and enjoy bouncy miles, then hit the machines with a supportive base. It’s hard to find a pair of sneakers with so many performance features at $90, and for $40 you can’t do better. Right now, a variety of sizes and colors are on sale, but the deepest discounts we saw are on the ones with a grey upper and a neon green sole.
