I have a bit of a soft spot for Q Acoustics, as I own a pair of their 3020 bookshelf speakers ($270/pair) – love them – and they generally just make really good and affordable speakers. Plus, since the British-based company is still pretty new to audiences in the States, they still have this cool “unknown” factor about them.
That said, if you know anybody looking for a solid entry-level soundbar, I’d urge them to check out Q Acoustics M3. The soundbar is down $50 for Black Friday, from $250 to $200, and it’s a pretty great value. It’s a 2.1 system with a built-in subwoofer and it supports Bluetooth, so when not playing your TV’s audio you can stream music to the M3 right from your phone. It comes with HDMI ARC support, too, so you can use your TV’s remote to adjust the volume.
