Victorinox’s First Fixed-Blade Knife Is Already on Sale

Victorinox, the maker of the Swiss Army Knife, recently released its first fixed-blade knife, but it’s already on sale for 20 percent off.

Believe it or not, up till 2019 Victorinox, the company behind the famous Swiss Army Knife, had never produced a fixed-blade knife meant for use outside the kitchen. Then it revealed the Outdoor Master, a task-oriented fixed blade made with a full tang version of the same 1.4116 stainless steel that the company uses in the Swiss Army. Right now, you can get the knife on sale for 21 percent off.

The Outdoor Master comes in two sizes, one with a 3.4-inch blade and a smaller version measuring 2.8 inches. Both have a practical drop-point shape and come with Micarta handles plus a Kydex sheath that you can strap to a belt or backpack. While the larger knife weighs 7.8 ounces, the smaller model is only 2.8, and decidedly more versatile beyond camping and hiking.
