One of the Country’s Best Breweries Released a Low-Gluten IPA

Surly’s latest year-around beer is made with Brewers Clarex, an enzyme that eliminates proteins known to trigger gluten sensitivities.

Markets familiar with Surly Brewing Co., best known for the Russian Imperial Stout Darkness, will be treated to a new year-around can: Hopshifter, a rotating-hop IPA once exclusive to the brewery’s tap room in Minneapolis, MN.
