More than 200 pieces of art, furniture and personal belongings from the late food writer and personality Anthony Bourdain are available for purchase through auction today. Among the lots — which includes everything from a vinyl kaiju to Bourdain’s personal Panerai — is an enormously famous chef’s knife.

In March of 2016, renowned bladesmith Bob Kramer made Bourdain a bespoke knife forged of carbon steel and meteorite. Kramer is considered by most to be America’s most famous living knife maker. When he auctions off experimental or custom knives on his own site, closing prices routinely clear the $20,000 barrier. Needless to say, it’s likely a Kramer meteorite-carbon steel knife owned and used by Anthony Bourdain will close above its current $4,000 to $6,000 estimate.

The knife is said to be in good condition with minor oxidation and patina (typical of a well-used knife), and it comes with a carry case and sheath. Proceeds from auction sales go to Bourdain’s family and the Anthony Bourdain Legacy Scholarship through the Culinary Institute of America. Lots close at the end of October.
