48 Hours of Sun and Swell in Montauk

When we invited Forest Woodward, one of our favorite photographers, to Montauk for the weekend, we had no idea we’d be graced with the best waves we’ve seen in years.

Editor’s Note: Montauk is widely considered one of the best surf towns in America thanks to its variety of breaks and pretension-resistant culture. As with any weekend of great surf and great company, there were the moments of anticipation, motivation, exploration and reflection, as you see captured here through Forest’s lens.
