With the FIFA World Cup 2026 kicking off today, athletes will be giving it all, and thanks to Adidas, they may have a little more in the tank when combating extreme heat.
Soaring temperatures are expected in several host cities across the United States, Canada and Mexico this summer, but with The Three Stripes‘ new Climacool System, which comprises three cooling elements, athletes will be able to achieve targeted relief in real time.

Keep a cool head
Originally developed to support help Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team drivers, the Climacool System has been adapted and rigorously tested to meet the needs of soccer players during this year’s World Cup.
The system is comprised of three separate pieces: a vest, jacket and boots. Worn together, the system has been proven to meaningful reduce skin and core body temperature, allowing athletes to focus on what matters … the game.
