This Tiny Wall Charger Is the Perfect MacBook Travel Accessory

It’s smaller, lighter and cheaper than the 61-watt MacBook charger that Apple sells.

The days of traveling with a giant brick of a MacBook charger are over. RavPower just beat Apple at its own game and announced the smallest-ever 61-watt wall charger with power delivery (PD) for a speedy charge: the RavPower 61W PD 3.0 GaN Wall Charger. It’s about the same size as the 5-watt puck that comes with your iPhone, or roughly half the size of Apple’s own 61-watt charger ($69), and it’s easily capable of charging a MacBook Pro, MacBook Air or new iPad Pro.

RavPower’s tiny wall adapter will come in two colors: black or white. It’s only available for pre-order right now, but at a cut-rate price of $44. After RavPower starts shipping the tiny 61-watt wall charger on June 15, the price will be bumped up to $60.
