Breitling has announced that it will make 31 of its timepieces available for purchase online through Mr. Porter; to mark the occasion, the two brands are collaborating on a limited edition piece. The watch takes the form of the recently-launched Navitimer 8 Chronograph, a vintage-inspired timepiece with a 43mm stainless steel case and Breitling’s in-house developed B01 chronograph movement.
The big differentiator of this new limited edition is the dial: it features a black-on-white “panda” dial design, as well as Arabic numerals and hands slathered in a light, mint-hued lume. Only 1,000 examples of the watch will be made and will sell exclusively at Mr. Porter starting June 4th, though Breitling says the piece will be available in other boutiques starting in July.
