Known for minimalist fashion watches (and, more recently, the Arc automatic watch), California-based MVMT has introduced a new collection based on a classic military watch style. The MVMT Field Watch presents a fresh take on the basic watch once issued to soldiers with a modern, stylish interpretation. Launching with no fewer than eight versions in different dial and case colorways, as well as sporty strap options, the MVMT Field Watch offers a range of choices for a price that’s hard to beat.
Water resistant to 100m, these affordable field watches also promise durability with stainless steel cases (and different color coatings depending on the model) and Miyota quartz movements, which help keep them accurate and inexpensive. Topped with a hardened mineral crystal, the 41mm case is 10mm thick, which will be a sweet spot for many between bold and wearable. The new MVMT Field Watch collection includes five models on nylon canvas straps for $95 each, regardless of case or dial colors, and the three models on steel bracelets are priced at $115 each.
