20 New Watches You Missed from Casio, Blancpain, IWC and More

Singaporean microbrands RZE and Vario teamed up for this unique spin on a WWI trench watch by combining Vario’s existing 1918-inspired design with RZE’s scratch-resistant titanium case and flair for unsual, eye-catching dials.

British microbrand Elliot Brown updates its signature dive watch with the Chromatic Collection. The previously drab Bloxworth Heritage Diver now has four summer-ready colors, highlighted by the traffic cone-adjacent Bloxworth Orange. The pragmatic tool watch brand remains resolutely dedicated to quartz movements with a Rhonda caliber 713, providing a reliable three-hand time. The Bloxworth Orange reference is limited to 100 pieces, while the other three are limited to 50 pieces each. Each watch is available on a rubber tropical strap or a steel three-link bracelet for an extra $114.

Lange’s unorthodox digital watch — which is powered by an in-house, 516-part, manual-wind movement with twin mainspring barrels and a constant-force escapement — gets a fancy new suit of pink gold in this version of the Zeitwerk Date.

Nodus created a watch for New York City automotive restorationist and detailer Larry Kosilla, founder of Ammo NYC. The Sentinel has a black vertical brushed dial with rose gold-plated hands, applied hour markers and a chapter ring. The dial is double-signed with the Nodus logo at 12 o’clock and Amm NYC’s crest at six o’clock. It runs on a La Joux-Perret caliber G101 automatic movement with a 68-hour power reserve and is a limited edition of 100 pieces.

G-Shock’s new watch may revisit its oldest design from the 1980s. But the technique used for its unique bezel and bracelet actually dates back more than a millennium. Both the bezel and bracelet are made from DAT55G, a titanium alloy that G-Shock claims is three times harder than pure titanium, and colored with a DLC coating designed to mimic traditional sword design. But the real showstopper is its unique hand-hammered finish — a technique known as tsuiki that dates back to the Heian period (794 to 1185 AD).

Benrus revived this brilliantly simple field watch, which the US Army contracted in 1962 and issued to soldiers in the Vietnam War. The minimalist dial possesses all of the genre’s hallmarks, including syringe hands, a military time track and triangle hour markers, with no brand or model-specific markings. The 34mm sandblasted 316L stainless steel case holds an ETA caliber 2671 automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve. It comes with a brown leather bund strap and a green nylon NATO strap.

With a hand-polished seamless platinum case, a hand-assembled tourbillon movement featuring a hand-engraved feather motif, and a hand-made urushi-lacquer dial with hand-applied mother-of-pearl and gold inlays, this watch is more of a work of art than a timepiece.

This limited-edition version of Porsche Design’s iconic chronograph pays tribute to the original non-coated version of the normally all-black watch by omitting the black PVD coating from the titanium case and bracelet and adding other vintage touches.

Part of Unimatic’s limited Diving Heritage Collection, the Heritage Diver in Tropic Brown takes style inspiration from aged vintage dive watches with its matte-black-and-gilt aluminum bezel, its light old radium lume treatment and its tropical dial-inspired colorway.

Luminox’s 3350 Series watch was designed and built specifically to meet military specifications (as outlined by the DoD). That makes this carbon fiber-cased diver (with a titanium bezel) one of the toughest watches you can get. However, it’s also been given an icy-cool new colorway that harkens to arctic operations. That means this deep diver has both style and substance in spades.

Dutch microbrand Van Speyk offers an extremely limited selection, but the Courage alone garners attention. The 41mm steel dress watch has a moon phase, small seconds and power reserve indicator in a chronograph-like arrangement. The dial is available in black, white or blue, and the case is available with a polished finish, yellow gold coating or rose gold coating. It is powered by a customized STP caliber 2-12-63 automatic with a 42-hour power reserve and signed rotor.

Although Bulgari doesn’t currently own the title of the world’s thinnest watch, with the Konstantin Thinking stealing the crown in 2024 from the brand’s Octo Finissimo Ultra COSC, it’s still the industry leader in the niche category of ultrathin mechanical watches. The brand’s Octo Finissimo line has broken 10 world records for thinness in 11 years, and the remarkable Octo Finissimo Perpetual Calendar still reigns as the world’s thinnest perpetual calendar. Originally released in titanium and later in carbon and tantalum, Bulgari has now crafted the watch from solid 18k rose gold, adding some luxurious heft while maintaining the complicated watch’s impossibly thin profile of 5.8mm. It retails for €98,000 (~$115,000).

Venezianico created a vibrant and captivating dial using Damascus titanium, a modern alloy smithed with centuries-old fusing and folding techniques, then fired to enhance the unique texture of every dial. The rest of the traditional dive watch creates a uniform frame with a brushed steel case and polished tungsten unidirectional dive bezel. It is powered by a Sellita caliber SW200-1 automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve.

Oris updates is retro-themed Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph with a fresh panda scheme that combines a silvery dial with “Ocean Green” subdials and bezel for a striking look.

Blancpain’s forward-thinking Fifty Fathoms Tech introduces a quick-change strap system to the brand, allowing wears to switch out their integrated rubber straps — available in black, orange and white at launch — without the use of tools. In addition to its ability to play dress up, it remains a serious tool watch, with 300m of water resistance, a helium escape valve and an Absolute black dial that absorbs 97 percent of light to better contrast with the solid block Super-LumiNova indices.

Part of AVI-8’s Peanuts collaboration, this limited-edition take on the brand’s Hawker Hurricane Classic Chronograph features Snoopy branding on the dial, strap and caseback, with some callouts to the Beagle only visible under UV light.

Nothing’s budget-friendly gadget company’s latest smartwatch, the CMF Watch 3 Pro, has some welcome improvements over last year’s Watch 2 Pro. It boasts a new heart rate sensor, improved GPS tracking and a variety of new fitness features (including AI coaching) for casual runners. It has a 10-percent bigger AMOLED screen with thinner bezels. It also features an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, a feature its predecessor lacked. Available in three colors: dark grey, light grey and orange.

After a couple of limited edition releases, Rado presents the first regular production Captain Cook with a 39mm case. The iconic dive watch joins the sub-40mm case movement with two beautiful fume gradient dials. Like the larger models, it has a stainless steel case and ceramic bezel insert. It is powered by a Rado caliber R763 automatic movement, based on the Swatch Group Powermatic 80, with an 80-hour power reserve and an antimagnetic Nivachron hairspring. Both references come on the customary “beads-of-rice” stainless steel bracelet.

IWC continues its partnership with Pantone with this edition of the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Top Gun featuring a dial, rubber strap and ceramic case in the custom shade of Miramar. The brand based the attractive hue on the light blue t-shirts that U.S. Navy Top Gun instructors wear under their flight suits.

Armin Strom’s Orbit was already arguably the coolest way to display the date on a watch, and now the watch is even more of a conversation piece thanks to the addition of this Lime Green dial. The watch’s date mechanism is exclusive to the brand and uses a pusher at 10:00 to activate a column wheel, which triggers a center-mounted hand to point to the current date on the ceramic bezel. Another press of the pusher sends the hand back to its resting spot at 12:00, similar to a chronograph hand, meaning the watch only shows the date when you want it to. Necessary? No. Cool? You bet. The watch, which also comes in an equally striking Ice Blue variant, retails for CHF 36,000 (~$45,000).
