20 New Watches You Missed from Seiko, Swatch, Citizen, Casio and More

Swatch celebrates the anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing with its most impressive MoonSwatch yet. The watch features a dial, hands, pushers and crown all made from Omega’s proprietary 18K yellow gold alloy, Moonshine gold. Not only that, but the gold was sourced from spare Omega parts dating back to 1969, giving the watch real provenance. The gold accents are paired with a black BioCeramic case and black rubber strap, and the watch is limited to 1,969 pieces.

Frederique Constant continues its partnership with the Riva Historical Society with this limited-edition GMT featuring a dial inspired by the teak wood decks of classic Riva runabout boats.

Renowned California watch dealer Topper Jewelers teams up with Doxa once again to apply the ‘Great White’ motif to the newly revived T.Graph II. The white of the dial is a blue-emitting Super-LumiNova, creating a dark silhouette of the dial details in low light. All five hands are filled with a matching lume as well. The 42mm elliptical stainless steel cushion case comes on a stainless steel beads-of-rice bracelet with a diving extension clasp, and a white rubber strap with a diving extension clasp is provided. This is a limited edition of 100 pieces.

Nomos shrinks down its classic square dress watch with the Tetra 27, the case of which measures 27.5mm on each side. That sounds tiny, but square watches wear larger than similarly sized round watches, and this one measures 38.9mm diagonally, making for a “Goldilocks” size on the wrist. The watch is powered by the brand’s in-house Cal. DUW 4001 Duo (two-hand) or DUW 4001 (with small-seconds) and is available across six references, with four in stainless steel and two in yellow gold. Pricing ranges from $2,090 for the pictured Tetra 27 Duo to $12,700 for a gold version.

Nodus and Raven have launched their most ambitious TrailTrekker tool watch yet, this time featuring a dial and bezel made from Super-LumiNova-infused forged carbon fiber.

Casio adds a day-of-the-week window to the top of its flagship dress watch line, drawing reasonable comparisons to Rolex’s Day-Date. The B146 comes in three colorways and maintains the minimalist appeal of its predecessor (B145) with mixed case finishing, applied stick markers and sword hands.

The Promaster Dive, Citizen’s best entry-level aquatic tool watch, gets a new strap option and color scheme. The base blue and black references now come with a color-match rubber perforated strap with a steel pin buckle. Joining the update is a new white dial with an orange seconds hand and black bezel insert, placed on an olive green rubber strap.

Drawing inspiration from Great Lakes Maritime history, the Mackinac can be described as everything from a regatta timer to a yachting chronograph to a sailing watch. Panerai continues its relationship with Italy’s Luna Rossa sailing team with this monochromatic Luminor Chronograph featuring a sunray silver dial and mounted on a textured velcro strap, a first for the partnership.

The first bracelet watch in Panerai’s seven-year partnership with the Italian Luna Rossa sailing team is this 40mm Luminor GMT, which like the chronograph that launched alongside it, features a monochromatic silver color scheme with sparse red accents.

The newest entry in Doxa’s Clive Cussler series gives the iconic SUB 300 a full titanium upgrade. Along with a Grade 5 titanium case, crown and caseback, the dial is constructed with a newly developed dual-plane design. Like a sandwich dial, laser-cut apertures in the top layer form the brand’s signature baton indices with Super-LumiNova exposed below. It comes on a black rubber tropical strap and is powered by a Sellita Caliber SW200-1 automatic movement. Limited to 300 pieces.

G-Shock’s newly-revised G-Steel series gets an all-black variant. The analog watch was significantly simplified a few months back with a cleaner bezel, an octagonal shape and a brick motif added to the dial. This new edition is the sleekest yet, with hairline and mirror finishing on the steel bezel and a stealthy aesthetic.

Gerald Charles combines two types and styles of stones with the latest addition to its Masterlink integrated sports watch line. The Masterlink Gem Set Stone Dial combines, you guessed it, a gem-set bezel with a natural stone dial adorned with gemstone indices. The stone-heavy sports watch is available in three iterations: a green aventurine dial with tsavorite gems, a blue spectrolite dial with blue sapphires, and a black-and-red striped iron eye dial with red sapphires (pictured). All three are housed in the same stainless steel case with a white gold bezel and paired with an integrated steel bracelet, while inside is the Gerald Charles Calibre GCA 1000 micro-rotor automatic movement. Each reference is limited to just 10 pieces, adding up to 30 watches total for the series, and the price is available upon request.

This is the official watch of the French Air Force, produced by Yema to its exacting standards, with the logo printed on the dial above 6:00. The coarse grain on the dial eliminates glare, and the Super-LumiNova on the hands and tracks is visible in low light. The 38mm stainless steel case has a matte sandblasted camo pattern, and the red-white-and-blue target emblem used by the French Air Force is printed on the black two-piece woven nylon pin buckle strap. It is powered by the Seiko Caliber VH31 quartz movement, with a seconds hand that ticks four times per second for a mechanical-like sweep.

Bulova expands its lineup of reissued Caravelle Sea Hunter dive watches with four new colorways in orange (pictured), light blue, green and beige, with the latter also featuring a yellow gold-tone case and bracelet.

Yema worked closely with the French Navy to develop a version of the 39mm stainless-steel Navygraf dive watch, inspired by the Barracuda-class nuclear submarine. This 400-piece limited-edition civilian version features a high-contrast forged-carbon dial with a bright red minute hand. The hands, dial track and bezel track are coated with white-glowing Super-LumiNova. It is powered by Yema’s in-house micro-rotor Caliber CMM.20 automatic movement, and available on a steel bracelet or a black nylon NATO strap.

G-Shock reunites with LA-based fashion label C2H4 on a Space Age-inspired GA2100 model. Housed in a translucent case, the streetwear-friendly timepiece takes design cues from LAX’s Theme Building, a mid-century modern architectural icon. The dial also gets the retro-futuristic treatment with metallic silver brushed finishing and a reverse LCD display.

The “Crushed Ice” edition of Seiko’s fan-favorite Cocktail Time series introduces a new stainless steel case size of 38.5mm, along with a new dial texture and a less obtrusive 4:30 date window.

The second generation of the Chronoking chronograph features the same interchangeable bezel, this time coming with a set of five bezels offering different color combinations. All five feature the same city track denoting 12 different time zones. The tricompax dial is powered by a Seiko Caliber VK63 meca-quartz movement. It is available in five dial colors, each offered on a steel beads-of-rice bracelet or a black perforated leather strap.
