BSA’s Super-Approachable Retro-Styled Bantam 350 Roadster Gets a Heritage-Honoring New Hue

The latest paint scheme harkens back to the brand’s first-ever Bantam bike, which rolled out way back in 1948.

Last July, the legendary, recently revived BSA brought back a familiar nameplate in the form of the Bantam 350, a small-displacement, rider-friendly roadster.

Now comes news that the brand is leaning harder into its history with a new colorway that pays tribute to the first-ever Bantam moto, which dates back to 1948.

Dubbed Mist Green, it adds a new dimension to the bike without any increase in its wallet-friendly cost of £3,499, which roughly converts to $4,700 USD.

The bike retains the features that have made it so compelling to begin with, including the liquid-cooled 344cc single-cylinder engine making 29 horsepower and 22 Ib-ft of torque at 6,000 rpm.

Add to the bike’s retro-styled appeal are numerous round components, including the headlight, mirrors and gauge.

Also returning are a 320mm floating caliper up front and a 240mm caliper at the rear, complete with ABS.

The bike also boasts telescopic forks up front and twin shock absorbers in back, with five levels of adjustability and 100mm of travel.

Meanwhile, the 399-pound curb weight and 31.4-inch seat height make it super-approachable for new riders.

All these features have combined to make the bike BSA’s best seller in the UK for three of the first six months of the year.

It also stokes hope that the Bantam 350 will someday join the BSA Gold Star in the North American marketplace.

Availability and pricing

The 2026 BSA Bantam 350 is now available overseas in six colorways, including Mist Green, starting at £3,499.
