Adidas Slashed the Price of Its Most Iconic Sneaker in Some of Its Best Colors

If history and versatility aren’t enough, how about a damn good deal?

How do you improve upon a shoe like the Samba? For the most part, you don’t.

For decades, the stalwart sneaker has served as a benchmark by which all Adidas shoes are measured, with its last significant update arriving over 30 years ago.

That said, Adidas isn’t averse to having fun with the longstanding classic.

Though the name dates back to the 1950s, the Samba we know today took form in the 1990s, when it received its last significant design update.

Today the Samba comes in literally dozens of colorways that together showcase the shoe’s flexibility to match virtually any outfit, any time.

But if history, reliability and versatility aren’t enough, how about a great deal?

As part of its Black Friday promotions, Adidas slashed the price on a number of Samba variants, with prices starting as low as $60.

The sale even extends to those featuring novel materials, including the all-suede “Cardboard” and Cordura-reinforced “Core Black.”

According to Adidas, Black Friday pricing ends on November 29, but sizes already appear to be selling through on a handful of key colorways.
