The inventive, two-in-one design is an unrecognizable silhouette from one of the world’s most recognizable brands.

I’m not a betting woman, but I would wager that if I didn’t explicitly tell you this new hybrid clog came from Vans, you’d have no clue the creator of the world’s most famous skate shoe also helped dream up this imaginative style.

Part of a new collaboration between OTW by Vans x S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. (their punctuation, not mine), the Future Clog was already a bold step forward in footwear innovation — and its latest revision is even bolder than before.

OTW by Vans is the brand’s premium, elevated line that blends skate heritage with high fashion, art and music, and the Future Clog is indicative of the sub-label’s dedication to thinking “Off the Wall.”

Developed in partnership with the fashion label and artistic extension of American multimedia artist Sterling Ruby, this shoe represents the second collaboration between the duo.

First released in August 2025, the Future Clog is a modular design based off the traditional Dutch clog, but reworked in a sculptural new rendition.

It’s essentially a shoe-within-a-shoe: an organic, minimal mule steps into, and pulls out of, the larger clog.

While it first hit the scene in an ultra-modern white and black duo, the new version is a super-bright Kelly green, which really accentuates the bold aesthetic of the shoe.

The Future Clog also features a shock-absorbing EVA midsole, grippy foam tread on the clog, waffle print pattern on the inside of the mule and a silver co-branded button.

Availability and pricing

The Future Clog is currently available on the United Kingdom’s OTW by Vans website — and the style is selling out quickly. If you’d like to grab a pair, act fast. These retail for £100.00 (~$134.)
