As we have been documenting over the past few days, CRKT’s early 2026 lineup is loaded with clever and compelling new pocket knives.

From the Counterpart and Orochi to the Sero and Zephyr, there’s something for pretty much everyone.

No matter how great your go-to knife is, however, it needs TLC from time to time.

That’s where possibly my favorite recent release comes in, as the $38 ToGo Driver packs a bunch of handy bit-driving power into a pocket-sized form factor.

Screw this … and that

Built in collaboration with Scout Leather Co. founder and custom maker Joe Wu, the ToGo Driver offers much more than initially meets the eye.

Unscrew its textured anodized aluminum body to reveal a compartment housing seven 4mm micro bits and a 1/4″ to 4mm bit adapter.

A variety of essential bits become available at the turn of a screw.

The bits — specifically T6, T8, T10, T15, T20 Torx bits, 3.5mm slot head and Philips head bits — come in every size you need to tackle not only knife maintenance but also a range of everyday screwing tasks.

The flipside of the adapter serves as a handy hex bit.

A ball-bearing spinner makes for reliable and smooth operation, while a magnetic driver holds the bits securely in place while you work.

While the surprisingly affordable set comes complete with the aforementioned bits, you could potentially replace them with your own job-specific alternatives.

The bits sit securely in the adapter (and the adapter in the ToGo body) thanks to magnets.

A cyclist might want to include additional hex bits for saddle and handlebar adjustments, for example, while a snowboarder might add an extra Philips head for really locking down bindings.

The ToGo Driver is small enough to fit in your pocket but big enough to hold firmly for respectable torque.

With an overall length of 3.48 inches and a weight of just two ounces, the ToGo Driver is small and light enough to throw in a pocket or pack until you need it.
