Incase tossed its hat into the smart luggage ring today with the launch of two carry-on bags equipped with power stations — one, a hard-shell bag ($300) made from a polycarbonate similar to that used by trailblazing upstarts Away and Raden; the other, a soft-shell bag ($600) with multiple USB-C ports and a portable, removable battery pack.
Incase also announced a luggage tracking device ($30), Bluetooth-enabled from up to 50 feet away, as well as a TSA-compatible Smart Lock ($50), which can be locked and unlocked using Incase’s Smart app.
