Right now, Sonos is having a big sale on “certified refurbished” versions of many of its speakers, soundbars and subwoofers.

Each is discounted by 25 percent, but that’s compared to what Sonos normally sells these certified refurbished models. When compared to a new version, you’re getting a deal that’s nearing 50 percent off in some cases. It’s a great bargain.

If you scoff at the words “certified refurbished,” know that each of these speakers has been inspected, tested, and approved by Sonos’s audio experts, so they should sound and work as good as new. Plus, they come with the same one-year warranty as new models.

Below, we’ve listed just a few of the most popular Sonos speakers that are currently included in the sale — including the Era 100, Era 300 and Move 2 — but that’s just scratching the surface. Most of Sonos’s soundbars and subwoofers are also discounted. So too are its Ace headphones.

But beware: many of these certified refurbished models are selling out fast. So, if you want to score a great deal, you have to shop fast.

Sonos Era 100 (Refurbished)

Released in early 2023, the Era 100 is an improved (and more expensive) version of the One speaker. It stands a little bit taller and has an extra tweeter to give it the ability to deliver a stereo sound (which the One was not able to do on its own). It has a 25 percent larger mid-woofer to help it deliver deeper bass, too.

Sonos Era 300 (Refurbished)

The Era 300 is a first-of-its-kind speaker for Sonos, specifically designed to play immersive audio that supports Dolby Atmos. It has six drivers: four tweeters (one forward-firing, two side-firing for stereo separation and an upward-firing tweeter that reflects sound off the ceiling) and two woofers. Compared to its closest sibling, the Five, the Era 300 is slightly smaller, cheaper and not quite as powerful.

Sonos Move 2 (Refurbished)

Released in early 2023, the Era 100 is an improved (and more expensive) version of the One speaker. It stands a little bit taller and has an extra tweeter to give it the ability to deliver a stereo sound (which the One was not able to do on its own). It has a 25 percent larger mid-woofer to help it deliver deeper bass, too.

Sonos Arc (Refurbished)

The Arc was Sonos’s premium Dolby Atmos soundbar before the Arc Ultra was released. It has a grand total of 11 high-performance drivers, two of which are upward-firing to enable those vertical high channels for Dolby Atmos. It also has smart speaker functionality (just like the Beam 2), so you can control it with your voice using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. It supports AirPlay 2 as well.

Sonos Beam (Gen 2, Refurbished)

Sonos’s second-generation Beam is the company’s midrange soundbar and, yes, it supports Dolby Atmos. However, it lacks upward-firing drivers and thus is not able to create as immersive of sound as the Arc. Aside from size, power and upward-firing drivers, the Beam 2 works largely the same as the ARC. It connects to your TV via HDMI ARC and has smart speaker functionality.
