Smartwool’s new spring collection is out now, and utilizes the same merino wool that the brand has built its reputation on. Highlights include the PhD Ultra Light Sport Vest, Jacket and Hoody — each makes an ideal layering piece for the shoulder seasons. Colorways include black, grey and red, and as the temps start to warm, body-mapped mesh paneling will keep you cool.
The great part about wool is that even when it gets wet, it’s warm, and many of these pieces are coated with DWR to keep you dry — the added wind protection is a killer bonus as well. Each piece packs down into its chest pocket making for simple storage.
