America’s Pickup Gets True Halo Truck Treatment Courtesy of a Ford Legend

Ford’s most iconic tuning mainstay, Shelby American, just revealed a celebratory version of its F-150 super truck. Built to commemorate Shelby’s commitment to spicing up the F-150 for the past decade, the 10th Anniversary truck comes jampacked with all that Shelby has to offer. Like most other Shelby F-150s, the 10th Anniversary model starts life as a fully-loaded F-150 SuperCrew Lariat 4×4, complete with Dearborn’s iconic 5.0-liter Coyote V8. Then, Shelby gets to work, fitting an upgraded King suspension and lift kit that also includes Race Series 2.5 adjustable front coil overs and rear shocks, improved rear traction bars, upgraded Baer drilled and slotted big brakes, and standard Shelby F-150 22-inch wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich 35-inch KO3 BFG tires. G-Shock’s original square watch gets one of its most advanced treatments yet in the form of the GBX-H5600, available with a blue or black band. It brings the brand’s new MIP display to the G-Lide series, adding to a heart-rate monitor, step counter and tide and moon functions. A clear resin bezel results in a watch that’s 12 grams lighter than the existing DWH5600. Pricing TBD.

The cult-favorite Durango, Colorado-based sports nutrition brand’s latest flavor boasts a number of compelling qualities. Of course its refreshing, summer-ready tropical stone fruit taste offers an optimal training mix of 200 calories and 51 grams of carbs per serving to keep runners, cyclists and other fast-moving athletes going strong. But this six-pack of powder has a larger purpose, too: 10 percent of Mango Yuzu sales will be donated to The Conservation Alliance, which fights to protect public land and preserve nature in the face of ever-increasing threats.

Though it still makes a max output of 1,019 horsepower in launch mode, Standard and Attack modes each tout higher totals at 804 and 978 horsepower, respectively, while peak torque improves to 936 lb-ft of twist. It results in a ‘Ring time of 6:55.553, bettering the previous record by nine seconds and Porsche’s last attempt by 12.

Girard-Perregaux continues to experiment with its iconic Laureato sports watch with this unique take on a two-tone watch. The 42mm chronograph’s case is in hard-wearing 904L steel with its octagonal bezel, crown and pushers all in solid pink gold. The Clous de Paris-patterned dial is executed in warm chocolate brown with pink gold-plated hardware, and the watch is mounted on an integrated chocolate rubber strap, making it one of only a small handful of Laureatos offered on rubber. The result is a perfect, unexpected blend of classy and sporty, and is limited to just 50 pieces.
