Outdoor Element pen-metheus

This multi-tool pen further proves the point that small packages often contain multitudes of utility. The focus of Outdoor Element’s latest Kickstarter campaign is the pen-metheus, and EDC-ified pen/ fire starter with a strong selection of features. The adventure-ready design hides a replaceable fire rod alongside fire tinder hidden in the cap. Crafted from lightweight, hard-anodized aircraft-grade AL6061-T6 aluminum, the small-but-mighty 1.6 ounce writing implement is constructed to withstand weather, wear and life in a pocket. Available in safety orange, gunmetal grey and black, the pen-metheus is illuminating beyond its fire starting capabilities … it also includes glow in the dark O-rings and reflectors, making it easy to find when light is low. The pen is expected to ship in November 2026.

TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E5 x TaylorMade Edition

Several major watch brands rushed to create their own smartwatches following the debut of the Apple Watch a decade ago, and most have long since fallen by the wayside. But the TAG Heuer Connected is still going strong, mainly thanks to the luxury smartwatch’s popularity with golfers. Now, TAG is taking the next logical step by partnering with Taylormade on a special edition of the Connected. The special edition features Taylormade co-branding with exclusive watch faces, straps and design cues, along with a bevy of golf-specific features, including automatic shot tracking, longest drive and a new hole layout view.

Mo_&_A Delica Car Light / Side Table

Are you a big Mitsubishi Delica fan? So big, that you wish you could bring the van into your living space? Mo_&_A has you covered with its latest Delica taillight-based side table. And it’s exactly what it sounds like. Featuring an actual taillight assembly from a second-gen Delica, Mo_&_A then custom fabricates a nightstand-like side table around the lighting assembly. But it’s not just for show, as the manufacturer also wires it up with three metal toggle switches, all of which illuminate either the brake, turn signal, or reverse lights individually for a more eye-catching appeal. But at over $9,000 retail, you’ll have to decide if you want this or an actual whole Delica.

Wyze Scale BodyScan

Wyze’s Scale BodyScan is a smart scale positioned as a more affordable alternative to the company’s Ultra BodyScan, released last fall. Similarly, the Scale BodyScan has the same eight-electrode and built-in handle system that allows it to track way more metrics (including muscle mass, body fat, physical age, basal metabolism and more) than just weight. The main tradeoffs with this more affordable model is that it has a smaller display and lacks built-in Wi-Fi.

Canyon Stingr Smart Helmet Concept

The Stingr Smart concept previews Canyon’s vision of the future of cycling safety. As an intelligent wearable, it features a retractable visor with a heads-up display (HUD) that can show everything from hazards and other road users to group-ride dynamics and even personalized riding suggestions. What’s more, the helmet touts near-ear audio, voice-command functionality and ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing it to be operated both completely hands-free and in concert with other cycling tech. Being a part of the Predict system, it’s even envisioned to work alongside Canyon’s bicycles.
