Initiates to the notion of EDC — the acronym stands for "everyday carry" and refers to the items you have on-hand throughout the day — might be overwhelmed by a compulsion to fill their pockets with loads of stuff each morning. But EDC is equal parts efficiency and preparedness; it's less about how much you have and more about how useful everything is.
A good starting point is the collection of items you already have, and how you might upgrade them. Your wallet is likely the first thing to consider.
