Let’s be clear: the Sony SRS-XB41 isn’t being discounted because it’s a bad speaker. Far from it. It’s a prime competitor to other large, quality portable speakers, like the UE Megablast ($298 $191) and Bose SoundLink Revolve Plus ($299 $269), which are also being discounted for summer. As for the Sony SRS-XB41, it’s more flashy and feature-packed than those other speakers by Bose and UE, admittedly, but you can turn off all its lights via the speaker’s companion app if you want. It’s also available in three colors: red, black and blue.
Anyway, if you’re looking for a very good and rugged portable Bluetooth speaker for summer, strike now while the prices are low. All the best portable Bluetooth speakers seem to be discounted, it’s just that the Sony SRS-XB41 looks to be by far the best deal right now.
