Realistically, Seiko 5 watches rarely sell for retail, and the prices they effectively trade at are pretty damn low already. However, the SNK805, a sort of prototypical Seiko 5, is currently on sale for just $68, which is even less than it’s typical absurdly low price of seventy-something bucks. The SNK805 features a 37mm case, automatic Seiko movement with day-date display, a green dial and matching nylon strap and 30m of water resistance. With its mid-size case and military-inspired look, this Seiko 5 is the perfect summer “beater watch,” and at this price, it’s hard to argue against it.
