Bonavita Coffee Maker
Save $88: Despite its name, the Connoisseur isn’t snooty. It features the same Gold Cup brewing standards as Bonavita’s older brewers — a one-button off-on interface and a flat bottom filter basket. Its most notable change is the basket-to-carafe connection. Instead of the basket resting atop the carafe during brewing (meaning you need to put the used grounds and filter basket on the counter or in the sink to pour coffee), it fits into a slot hanging over the pot. It’s a small change, and one we noted as one of the few issues with its predecessor. Today on Drop, the Connoisseur is marked down $88 — good for the lowest price we’ve seen. — Will Price

At Just $399, This Iconic Motorcycle Jacket Is an Absolute Steal
Save 43%: Belstaff has been producing legendary motorsport apparel for nearly 100 years. Born from motorcyclists’ universal need for sturdy all-weather gear, Belstaff made a name for itself with its waxed-cotton-and-leather equipment. Developed for racers and adventurers, these jackets largely lived on the fringes until they were carried into the mainstream on the back of actor/racer/badass Steve McQueen. And if, like McQueen, you have your eye on a Belstaff, now is the time to pick one up at RevZilla. The Belstaff Brooklands Jacket is an eight-ounce waxed cotton classic buzzing and ready for two-wheeled adventure. The Brooklands is made with removable armor in the shoulders and elbows, as well as a sleeve in the back to insert further protection. The Brooklands jacket was made with its namesake race track in mind, with an added padded layer for extra safety. The jacket is not only made for a tightly-tucked cafe racer, it’s such a stylish design, it can be worn right off the track and straight to dinner. (There’s also a leather version, though it costs a fair amount more, especially with this sale in effect.) Buy this piece of gear as beautiful as it is rugged while the getting’s good. And the getting’s real good. — Peter Corn
There’s an Insane Sale On Top-of-the-Line Motorcycle Helmets Right Now
Save Up to 53%: Your motorcycle gear isn’t something to take for granted. What you wear when you ride can literally save your skin, so it’s worth investing a little extra money to make sure you’re protected as well as possible. However, while the motorcycle lifestyle can have a tantalizingly low cost of entry compared to owning a car, buying the necessary protective clothing — pants, jackets, boots and especially helmets — can quickly run up a steep tab, making the cheaper, lesser options more attractive, even if they may not be quite as good. Right now, however, is the time to upgrade your head protection if there ever was one. Right now over at Revzilla, there’s an insane sale on top-of-the-line motorcycle helmets. You can save up to $800 on select top-tier motorcycle helmets from brands like AGV, Schuberth and Bell. If you’ve always wanted the performance and protection from one of the best motorcycle helmets available today (and really, why wouldn’t you want that?), now’s your chance to save a few hundred dollars and upgrade your lid game at the same time. –Bryan Campbell Save 40% On This Exquisite Porsche 356 Speedster Model

Arc’teryx Alpha SV Jacket
Save $224: The best ski deals tend to surface at the end of the season, as retailers look to move out the current inventory to make room for next year’s crop. But every once in a while, a sweet deal surfaces on the eve of a new season, a golden opportunity for those with the alacrity to pounce. Such is the case with Arc’teryx’s top-of-the-line Alpha SV jacket, which Backcountry is currently moving at a 30 percent discount.
Weighing in at just over a pound, this jacket is the choice of many a powder hound, mountain guide and expert alpinist for several reasons. First of all, it boasts the unmatched waterproofing and breathability of a Gore-Tex Pro 3-layer membrane, ideal for off-piste adventures. The Alpha SV also features tough N100p-X face fabric, WaterTight pit zips, an adjustable storm hood and an array of pockets to ensure your touring gear is always within easy reach. The only catch? The huge discount only applies to the Zevan colorway, a pretty sharp-looking dark green with fluorescent yellow accents that’s available in small, medium and large. But if that causes you a moment’s pause, just think how many après-ski beers you can buy with that extra $224. — Steve Mazzucchi

And based on the latest iterations, this beloved series isn’t going away anytime soon. Case in point: the Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2s, which are loaded with elements that make runners smile.
Chief among those qualities are a light and breathable lofted mesh and synthetic upper, an ultralight, energy-returning Nike ZoomX midsole and a burly rubber outsole that provides traction on all sorts of surfaces. We rarely see these shoes on sale, but right now JackRabbit is offering a couple colorways (including the Electric Green shown above) at 40 percent off in select sizes. Pounce now and you’ll be running happy all fall long. — Steve Mazzucchi
Giro Aether MIPS Helmet
Save $45: For those in the know in the helmet world, MIPS is a pretty big deal. Short for “multi-directional impact protection system,” the label applies to helmets featuring a plastic liner that acts as a slip plane to redistribute the sort of rolling impacts that characterize many bike accidents. The next evolution is MIPS Spherical, where two layers of foam on the outside of the helmet mimic the sliding effect without the sacrifices in fit and ventilation that traditional MIPS brings.
All of which is to say, MIPS Spherical is pretty cutting-edge protective stuff, usually only available at a premium, such as the $370 cost of a Giro Aether MIPS Helmet. The favorite of a number of Tour de France riders, the helmet also boasts a laser-cut shell seamlessly fused to the EPS foam, Roc Loc 5 Plus easy adjustability and 11 deep vents for optimal ventilation. Right now it’s on sale for $325 (in the low-key coolest Olive/Citron colorway) at Competitive Cyclist. Talk about a safe bet.

Bose SoundTouch 300 Soundbar
Save $250: The Bose SoundTouch 300 is an excellent soundbar that will work well with any of the latest 4K TVs. It supports Alexa as well. When it was released in 2017, Bose was selling the SoundTouch 300 for $699 — but being two-years-old, Amazon has dropped its price to $449, which is the cheapest it has ever been. It’s a pretty solid deal, especially considering the soundbar is very similar in price, size and capabilities to the Sonos Playbar ($699); actually, according to CNET‘s Ty Pendlebury, the SoundTouch 300 has the Playbar beat “in terms of both sound stage and ‘you are there’ detail.” If you love Bose speakers and are looking for a home theater upgrade, this is a solid soundbar to consider. — Tucker Bowe

Case and point, this eBay deal. You can buy a refurbished pair of QuietComfort 30 for $140, which is a great deal considering that both Bose’s website and Amazon are selling new pairs for $300. — Eric Limer

DEAL: LG’s 2018 C8 series of 4K OLED TVs are expensive. When they were released in spring 2018, a 65-inch model was going for $3,500. Over a year later, however, that price has dropped to around $2,597 — that’s over $1,000 off. But today Drop is running a deal on a brand-new C8 for $1,875 – that’s nearly half off. Yes, it’s still expensive, but it’s not that bad considering that we’re talking about LG’s top-of-the-line 4K OLED TV. And LG makes the best 4K OLED TVs.
