A Folding Bike That’s Actually Worth Getting Excited Over

Folding bikes get a stylish upgrade.

As a winner of the Cycling World Dusseldorf 2018 Best Urban-Bike, the Fiiz is the bike all city-dwellers have been waiting for. The Fiiz looks like most other commuter bikes, but with some added function — it’s a full-size bike that folds right down the middle. In just 20 seconds, you can go from cruising down the street to carrying your bike up the stairs in your four-story walk-up without hassle. You can stuff it in the trunk of your smart car, or even bring it with you on the commuter train without making everyone despise you for taking up the extra space.

A maintenance-free belt drive means no grease stains on your pants and a lightweight aluminum frame allows you to carry your coffee in one hand and the bike in the other. The bike also features a SRAM automatic 2-speed shifter and 26-inch wheels. And it weighs just about 28.2 pounds.

It’ll be available in six different color options, fitting riders up to 6’2″ with an expected delivery of August 2018.
