For a brand primarily defined by varying shades of grey, the closeout shoe to New Balance’s Spring/Summer 2026 Collection is surprisingly striking.

Take into account that the new version of the Made in USA 990v4 was inspired by the sunset, however, and the eye-catching colorway makes perfect sense.

New Balance’s Made in USA 990v4 is an updated take on what is arguably the brand’s most enduring silhouette, the iconic 990.

It’s fitting, then, that the brand chose to close out its Spring/ Summer 2026 collection with a fiery new version of the fan-favorite design.

The Made in USA 990v4 features a stunning, sunset-inspired color palette to close out the brand’s SS26 collection.

The Made in USA 990v4 in “Urgent Red with Maize and Sea Stone” features a layered upper that blends both color and material.

The synthetic and suede overlays, arranged on top of the bright orange, breathable mesh upper, include a seasonal color palette of vivid red and contrasting hints of yellow and blue that provide just the right amount of pop.
