Vans continues to churn out chart-topping styles that sell out within days, and its latest elevated release continues the brand’s hot streak.

A mix of Japanese design influence, premium materials and classic Off the Wall styling transform the iconic Sk8-Hi into a high-end sneaker while maintaining its recognizable look and accessible price point.

Undercover stunner

The new OTW by Vans X Undercover Sk8-Hi is the latest in a string of collaborations between the Southern California footwear and apparel giant and Jun Takahashi’s Undercover, an influential Japanese high-fashion and streetwear brand.

The new OTW collab version of the iconic Sk8-Hi model comes in two gridded colorways, Black and Egret White.

Both feature design work by Jun Takahashi, with either an all-white or all-black upper with a minimalist grid pattern.

Alongside their elevated, monochromatic looks, each take on the high-top sneaker is built with durable 8-ounce canvas quarters, which is paired with premium suede overlays that showcase a decorative perforation pattern on the toe-box.

The Undercover Sk8-Hi trends high for Vans pricing, but considering its mix of prestige materials and just-over $100 price tag, it’s still well within the reasonable range in the broader footwear landscape.

The OTW by Vans x Undercover Sk8-Hi is available now on Vans’ website, retailing for $110 … but sizes are selling through quickly, so act fast if you’d like a pair.
