Expanding on the innovation of the lauded Zymatic automated homebrewer, PicoBrew’s new Z-Series brings modularity to the company’s slate of techy, miniaturized brewing appliances and attachments.

The Z-series is a stackable, scalable brewing unit targeted toward breweries and restaurants; each module is capable of brewing 2.5 gallons of beer at a time, peaking at 10 gallons (or four modules). It’s also fully internet-connected, with various recipes and complete data logs of all current and past brew sessions accessible online. As an added bonus, the Z is fully capable of brewing kombucha, cold brew coffee and can function as a sous-vide machine.

The Z-series ships with one ball-lock keg per module purchased and is available for pre-order now.
