Nike revamps the Nike Training App to include on-demand workouts, nutrition expertise, mindfulness and sleep tips starting today. The new version of the app offers workouts with Nike Master trainers like Joe Holder, Bettina Gozo, Kirsty Godso and Ryan Flaherty. Each trainer brings their unique flair to the app, whether it’s a fiery HIIT class, slow-burning strength session or performance-focused sports workout. Pick a trainer and a course; each ranges from four to six weeks, so you can monitor your progress. In addition to the routines, you’ll also gain access to recipes and strategies from the Nike team — how they make eating healthy on the go work for them.
While you can always access 180-plus workouts on the free part of the app, now you can download a premium version as well. You can level up to NTC Premium for $15 a month.
