While there were fewer big releases in the world of everyday carry this week, the ones that did drop were pretty spectacular.

If brevity is the soul of wit, this week’s collection of new knives, multi-tools and other EDC items must be pretty damn witty. Still, while the number is small, the launches are still very much impactful.

They range from a novel take on the classic Swiss Army Knife to a fixed-blade reimagining of arguably the world’s most iconic pocket knife. Of course, there are a few others tossed in there for good measure, as well.

Check them all out (and more) below.

Artisan Cutlery Tradition V2

The Tradition V2 offers a compelling blend of performance and price, with good looks as a welcome bonus. Highlights include a 3.58-inch drop point blade made of AC’s proprietary AR-RPM9 steel, snappy deployment via ambidextrous thumb studs or the rear flipper and sturdy, ergonomic G10 handle scales. The 3.35-ounce knife also features a liner lock and a reversible pocket clip.

Victorinox Synergy Alox

Like the other members of the Alox Refined Collection, this modern multi-tool departs from classic Victorinox offerings in three major ways. First, the handle scales are part grippy griddle texture, part brushed finish and part skeletonized. Second, the blade actually locks. Third, there’s a pocket clip. But you still get a bunch of awesome traditional tools, including a box opener, 3 mm screwdriver, 7 mm screwdriver, nail file, nail cleaner, wire stripper and, of course, a bottle opener.

Civivi Vision FG Lexan S35VN

Civivi expands its collection of Superlock knives with this novel, surprisingly premium take on the brand’s Vision FG. While it retains the same overall silhouette and specs, this knife gets some pretty big upgrades. For starters, it has a clear Lexan (a type of polycarbonate, or bulletproof glass) handle. Plus, it has a uniquely machined S35VN steel blade. There’s also a more affordable Ultem and Nitro-V version for those interested.

Buck Knives October 2025 Buck of the Month

While the Buck 110 Folding Hunter gets all the glory, its fixed-blade brother, the 101, is a more robust and outdoor-friendly cutting tool. However, its finally getting its due with this specialty release. While it retains the iconic silhouette, it gets upgraded in the materials department, including an S35VN steel blade and uniquely textured Richlite handle. While its definitely an elevated take, its no less a hard-working bushcraft cutting tool.

Civivi Headbanger

Available exclusively at Blade HQ (and designed by a Blade HQ employee), the Civivi Headbanger is a deceptively robust and premium folder for a fairly jaw-dropping low price. While its Nitro-V steel isn’t particularly mind-blowing, the blade’s thickness and its complex grind are much more high-end than most knives in this price range. Furthermore, it gets either a jade G-10 or green Micarta handle alongside a liner lock and milled pocket clip. This is a serious bang-for-your-buck offering if there ever was one.

Terrain365 x PDW CAS OTF Topo Map Edition

Believe it or not, this super-small automatic knife is actually completely legal to carry in California, thanks to its compact size. Yet, despite its stoutness, it’s still a fully-fratured OTF (out-the-front). Boasting a 1.925-inch Vanax super steel dagger blade, a titanium and aluminum handle and a novel topographical finish, this knife is the definition of a “tiny titan.”

WESN x 1924us The Mr. Skelly Microblade

Just in time for Halloween, WESN has teamed up with Australia-based artist Christian Watson and his brand 1924us to develop a scary-cool EDC knife fit for every day of the year, not just spooky season. The Mr. Skelly Microblade features hand-drawn 1924us artwork set into a solid copper front handle designed to patina with use, and pairs that grade 5 titanium back scale. Hardworking D2 steel on the 1.5-inch blade rounds out this tough little knife. blade Only 1,000 units total will be released October 29th. Sign up at WESN’s site to be notified of the launch.

Prometheus Design Werx SPD x CRK Umnumzaan Wave

Once again, Prometheus Design Werx’s SPD division has teamed up with legendary knifemaker Chris Reeve on a stunning, elevated take on one of the latter’s outstanding blades. This time, it’s the Umnumzaan (Zulu for “The Boss”). The knife retains its 8.409-inch total length, titanium scales and Reeve Integral Lock. It also gets a 3.68-inch MagnaCut blade and, most crucially, SPD’s Kraken Trident Wave graphic milled into its presentation scale (which also adds some extra grip).
