Last year, Outerknown bought a huge billboard in San Francisco overlooking the Bay Bridge. For the prime real estate, the brand decided to showcase a macro shot of its blanket shirt, a perennial favorite made from organic cotton heavyweight twill. Instead of trashing the vinyl after the rental period, Outerknown cleaned it, cut it up and made a limited collection of weekender duffle bags.
Manufactured in America by Rareform, this bag is incredibly durable and waterproof. The design features a nylon lining, inner zip pocket, zipper closure and dual top handles. As it is cut from a single billboard, no two bags are alike. And the best part: it’s surprisingly affordable and only costs $125.
