On December 21, Donald Glover wore a ridiculously cool fleece pullover to a Saturday Night Live after-party at Buddakan in NYC. The stylish iteration of the cozy winter staple is made by New York designer Emily Bode, who was recently named GQ’s 2019 Breakthrough Designer of the Year. It was a fitting choice for the party that celebrated Eddie Murphy hosting SNL and was attended by other notable guests like Dave Chappelle, Usher, Chris Rock, Larry David and more.
The boxy pullover is made from cozy high-pile fleece and features a shawl collar, three buttons and welt pockets. Made in New York City, you can pick it up on the brand’s site for $568 or at other high-end retailers. Glover paired the pullover with Bode side-tie trousers made with fabric inspired by an Edwardian embroidered textile and Italian-made basketball sneakers from Rhude.
So if you dig the look of the pullover and have some cash to spare, act fast — there aren’t many of these left.
