These four impeccable styles are made in Japan and feature some of the best constructions available. Lofgren’s focus on producing top-tier footwear centers on ethically sourced materials and ethically manufactured products. As he spares no expense in making these boots, the prices range from $685 to $975.

Over a decade ago when Lofgren was living in Japan, he wanted to produce the “Stratovarius of Engineer boots.” Merging different aspects of his favorite vintage engineer boots, he was able to produce a throwback style that was on-par or better than any historic model. Since then, he has expanded his offerings to include other classic styles like chukka boots and desert boots.

Each style available for pre-order comes in multiple colors and requires a deposit of up to $500. Deliveries vary from February to July depending on the model (you’ll have to wait the longest for Lofgren’s quintessential engineer boots).
