Right now, you can get a great deal on Bowers & Wilkins’s PX noise-canceling headphones. The headphones have been selling for $400 for the past few years, but World Wide Stereo is selling manufacturer refurbished models for $229. Even better, eBay is selling manufacturer refurbished models for $169.
This is the best deal we’ve seen on Bowers & Wilkins’s PX noise-canceling headphones, however, it should be noted that you can expect to see more deals on these exact headphones (although maybe not quite this good) because Bowers & Wilkins just released newer versions of these exact models in September. The new B&W PX7 ($400) have a new look and some modern features (like fast charging), but in all other ways are very similar to the original B&W PX (including price).
As for sound quality, the PX headphones have an extremely wide and grandiose sound signature, so it feels like you’re listening to your music in a concert hall or large venue. Their noise-canceling abilities are pretty great, too. Throw in newer features like USB-C charging, adjustable EQ and an ambient sound mode, and the PX are undoubtedly still one of our favorite noise-canceling headphones.
If you’re looking for high-end noise-canceling headphones that look beautiful and sound excellent (and are more affordable right now than the Bose QuietComfort 35 II and the Sony WH-1000XM3), the B&W PX are great ones to consider.
If you’re scared off by the “manufacturer refurbished” models, you can still purchase new B&W PX headphones online. Amazon is selling them for $274, while World Wide Stereo is selling them for $400.
