You can think of the Mu-so Qb as the perfect Sonos upgrade. It delivers rich audio in a super attractive and compact body; its main feature is, of course, a super huge volume dial that lights up like a halo and has great “knob feel.”
The Qb is a versatile speaker, able to stream audio via Spotify Connect, Tidal and Bluetooth. It also can be integrated into a multi-room system via AirPlay 2 or with several other of Naim’s Mu-so or Mu-so Qb speakers.
It should be noted that the Mu-so Qb was originally released in 2016 and Naim Audio will likely release a second-generation model in the near future; that’s exactly what they just did with the Mu-so, the Qb’s larger sibling, just a few months back. However, when the next-gen Qb gets released, it’s also likely to cost more than a grand.
