Barbour doesn’t often run deep discounts, and when it does, the sale rarely gets loud.

Right now, Huckberry and a few other retailers are quietly offering some of Barbour’s updated Icons line at 30 percent off or more — including the Bedale Cotton and Casual Jacket, the Spey Casual Jacket, and the Transport Casual Jacket.

These aren’t clearance-rack relics. They’re current-season interpretations of the brand’s most recognized silhouettes, rebuilt for everyday wear without abandoning what made the originals worth buying.

We’ve listed every jacket we’ve discovered on sale below, with a breakdown of what makes each one worth considering.

Barbour Bedale Cotton Jacket

The Bedale is Barbour’s most iconic silhouette — short-bodied, boxy and built around the corduroy collar that’s been part of the design since 1980.

Two versions of it are on sale here: the Cotton Jacket and the Casual Jacket. Both keep the original’s defining shape and hardware, but each takes a different approach to the shell.

The Cotton Jacket swaps the traditional waxed cotton for a peached-finish cotton blend, making it easier to live with daily. There’s no re-waxing schedule to maintain, no stiff break-in period and no campfire smell lingering in your closet. It wears and washes more like a conventional jacket while holding onto the shape and hardware that made the original worth coveting. The result is a Bedale that works just as well in a city as it does in the countryside — arguably better, since you’re not babying it every time rain hits.

The Bedale Casual is a lighter-weight take on the same silhouette. It retains the boxy cut and corduroy collar, but without the full wax construction, making it the most packable and warm-weather-friendly of the two. If the Cotton Jacket is a shoulder-season workhorse, the Casual is the version you reach for when the weather is mild and you want the Bedale’s look without any of its weight.

Barbour Spey Casual Jacket

The Spey Casual sits in a different register than the Bedale or the Beaufort. Where those jackets lean into Barbour’s country-house heritage — boxy cuts, waxed shells, utilitarian hardware — the Spey reads as more contemporary and relaxed. It has a cleaner profile, a lighter-weight shell and simplified hardware that strips away some of the traditional signaling without losing the brand’s underlying DNA.

If the Bedale feels like a jacket with a strong point of view, the Spey is the version for someone who wants Barbour’s quality without announcing it. It’s the most versatile piece in this sale and the easiest entry point for new brand shoppers.

Barbour Transport Casual Jacket

The Transport Casual Jacket takes a cropped, relaxed approach with a slightly A-line silhouette. It’s cut with a fuller body but a shorter hem than the Bedale, which gives it a different proportion — less equestrian, more everyday.

The shell is a non-waxed cotton-polyamide blend, so it shares the Bedale Cotton’s low-maintenance appeal without the traditional weather resistance of waxed construction. What you get instead is a jacket that moves easily, layers well over heavier mid-layers and doesn’t demand much in return. At $235, marked down from $335, the Transport is also the most affordable jacket in this sale, which makes it the most obvious place to start.
