Our Legacy is deeply rooted in design inspiration from the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Conversely, the Chuck Taylor All Star transcends decades and genres because it has been universally cool for the better part of a century.

While it may feel like Converse’s ubiquitous sneaker has remained unchanged for decades, it has undergone a series of minor changes that only astute fans would notice.
The design team behind Our Legacy revamped the Chuck 70 to more closely resemble how the sneaker was constructed from the late 1960s through the early 1980s.

As part of the Stockholm-based brand’s Work Shop series, the Chuck 70 features small retro details like higher, wavy foxing and a smaller toe cap. The knurling on the toes is more pronounced, and the curved line across the toe cap is removed.
