Just a few months ago, Huckberry and Timex teamed up to revive the Ironman Flix — a design rooted in the late 1990s — in a rugged olive-drab and black-bezel combo with hunter-orange accents that leaned heavily into trail-ready functionality.

In a year filled with excellent collabs from Timex, it still managed to be one of the best looking new options and now Huckberry has dropped the price to the lowest point we’ve seen so far.

Training functionality, minus the modern distractions

The Ironman Flix has the same eight features offered in 1999, including a 100-lap timing memory and a 10-entry memo pad.

Back when quartz-digital sport watches were the apex of training tech, the Ironman Flix defined the genre. Fast-forward to 2025 and yes, horological tech has surged ahead with Bluetooth, GPS, and biometric tracking.

But there’s something to be said for lowering the clutter. This version is about pure, tactile timing — no distractions, just a reliable baseline that works everywhere from gym floors to muddy trailheads.

At 42 mm wide and 12 mm thick, the resin case feels light on the wrist. The strap is soft, sweat- and water-resistant, and has a fluted underside designed to vent moisture and stay put — smart touches that make a difference if you actually wear this thing outdoors.

Inside is the same tool-watch DNA: analog-watch-level durability, up to 100-lap memory, a countdown timer, multiple alarms, and a wrist-activated Indiglo backlight that gives you visibility when the sun dips. Everything you need for structured workouts or rough-and-ready outdoor runs — nothing more.

Pricing and availability

Unlike a lot of watch collabs, this take isn’t flashy. It doesn’t pretend to be the most advanced fitness tracker on the planet. What it offers instead is simplicity, practicality, and a hint of ’90s sports-watch nostalgia — and in a world obsessed with upgrades, that feels awfully refreshing.

The collab retailed for $129 at launch, but it’s now down to just $90 while the dwindling supplies last.
